Easy Baked "Jerked" Salmon

Ingredients:

4 salmon steaks
4 teaspoons of olive oil
3 teaspoons Helen's Jerk Seasoning
2 tablespoons melted butter
Juice of one lemon


Preparation:

Preheat oven to 500 degrees F. Pat salmon steaks dry, then coat generously with olive oil. Place salmon steaks in lightly-greased, shallow pan and sprinkle moderately with Helen's Jerk Seasoning. Bake at 500 degrees for 10-to-12 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon steaks. Do not over bake. Retrieve from the oven and pour mixture of melted butter and lemon juice over the salmon steaks.
